The Auburn Placer Performing Arts Center (APPAC) has begun major renovation of the State Theatre this summer to reopen as the premier film and live entertainment venue for the Sierra Foothills and is to reopen this Fall with major new attractions. During the renovation, APPAC relies on donations and sponsorships to keep the project on track. You can help this happen through many fundraising opportunities.

The State Theatre is offering an opportunity for you to be a vital and lasting contributor to this Project. For $250 each, your name will be commemorated on a brass nameplate on the seat. These luxurious red velvet seats were once a part of Hollywood history having been used at the Grauman's Chinese Theatre.

Proceeds will sponsor new theatre seats as well as go to outfit the theatre with the latest in sound and lighting equipment for your enjoyment.

The stage is open, the curved side walls are being rebuilt, the original ceiling and proscenium are revealed, the green room and box office are being expanded. You may donate in any amount. Please indicate in "Comment" which item and quantity you would like to "buy", or what you would like your donation to go toward buying.
